At Thecloudslides, we want you to walk on air with total confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your unworn Cloudslides in their original box and secure them in a durable shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
